National Barrel Horse Association Louisiana District 03  In2009, NBHA LA 03 will have a benefit barrel race in DeRidder, LA. Itwill begin with exhibitions on Nov. 13 @ 4 pm - until. On Nov. 14.,NBHA will have an added money benefit barrel race. And then on Nov.15., NBHA LA 03 will host their last district show. This benefit is tohelp raise money for year end awards. Glenda ask that all members tryto bring at least a $5.00 raffle item to the benefit show in November2009. And we welcome raffle items at all shows. Also, the entry feesfor 2009 have gone up. The Open entry fee is now $30.00 and the Youthentry fee is now $20.00. This is due to the rising cost of the arenarental fees.

***NEW RULE***

In2009, NBHA LA 03 will have an enforced dresscode. No tank tops, haltertops, or spaghetti strap shirts. A t-shirt, buttoned shirt or longsleeve shirt maybe be worn over them, but they will not be allowed by themselves.
